TPL would expect members to take up any day-to-day issues that arise direct with their supplier to come to a satisfactory resolution. However, if there have been 3 similar incidents or the complaint is relating to a major issue then the formal procedure of completing the complaints form and reporting it to the TPL office, for further action, should occur.
The procedure will guide you through the process of recording and resolving service issues with suppliers, which are part of the TPL Members Agreement.
