In order for a TPL member to participate in any of the tendered contracts the member will need to submit a completed and signed Commitment form for individual contracts. Upon receipt of the Commitment Form the suppliers shall be notified of the main contact at each institution and all the delivery points that will require to have accounts opened for trading purposes.

The Member shall be notified of the Terms of the Contract, pricing information and contact details for all suppliers.
