TPL will carry out vendor assessments on the performance of its suppliers usually twice per year. At the start of a new contract then the frequency may be more often.

Members who have committed to a specific contract shall be asked to complete a Bristol Online Survey which involves providing details relating to the supplier(s) performance.  This feedback is then discussed with the the suppliers who find the information invaluable.
