1. Campden BRI
TPL is a member of Campden BRI which is committed to the efficient provision of quality scientific, technological and training services throughout the agriculture, food, drink and allied industries. As a member, TPL has been able to use these services in particular, product testing in the sensory science department and some members have shown interest in the training courses.
2. Support, Training & Services Plc (STS)
TPL uses STS - an independent company - to audit the suppliers we have on contract to ensure that they meet with the requirements under the Food Hygiene Regulations, so that members are able to show their "due diligence".
3. KitMan
The KitMan System is a food cost control and kitchen management system used by many leading catering establishments. The partnership of using TPL together with Kitman will enable members to utilise the TPL Contract Prices whilst providing them with the flexibility to use local and regional suppliers.
