provides an inter-regional link for the benefit of members where combined purchasing strengths can bring mutual benefits. This does not preclude individual members from sourcing local/regional suppliers who have competitive terms, service and quality to offer.

promotes meaningful and credible relationships with suppliers as a means of achieving best terms and value for money for our members as a whole. Hence our Members' Agreement requires members to use their best endeavours to use our suppliers where possible and to support TPL generally.
